Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellation works for Language Voice Tutor Pro.

1. You can cancel a subscription

You may cancel a paid Pro subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewal.

Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

2. Access after cancellation

After cancellation, you may continue to access Pro features until the end of the current paid billing period.

After the paid period ends, access to Pro features may stop and your account may return to the Free plan.

3. How to cancel

You may be able to cancel using one or more of the following methods:

• the account or billing area in the app or website, if available;
• the subscription management link in your payment confirmation email;
• the Paddle buyer portal, if your order was processed through Paddle;
• contacting support@languagevoicetutor.com.

4. Deleting the app does not cancel billing

Uninstalling the Windows desktop app does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

Deleting your account may not automatically cancel a subscription unless the billing system confirms cancellation.

5. Registration trial

After your first account registration, you receive a 7-day trial with the same learning features as Pro.

No payment is required to start this registration trial, and the registration trial does not automatically charge you.

When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe to Pro.

6. Microsoft Store note

Language Voice Tutor is not currently published in Microsoft Store.

If Language Voice Tutor becomes available through Microsoft Store in the future, subscriptions purchased or billed through Microsoft Store may need to be managed through Microsoft account or Microsoft Store subscription settings. We will update this policy if Microsoft Store billing becomes an active distribution or purchase channel.
