Language Voice Tutor uses AI to provide language practice conversations and tutor-style responses.

This page explains what that means in practical terms.

AI-generated responses

The app may generate lesson prompts, tutor replies, corrections, explanations, hints, translations, and lesson summaries using AI systems.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, unnatural, delayed, offensive, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

Use AI responses as learning support. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, medical, financial, immigration, academic, or official advice.

Data used for AI features

To provide AI language practice, the app may process:

• study language;
• level;
• selected topic;
• selected lesson scenario;
• lesson text;
• voice transcription;
• your answers;
• recent lesson context;
• tutor feedback;
• technical information needed to deliver the feature.

If you use voice features, audio may be processed for transcription and AI response generation.

Third-party AI and speech providers

Language Voice Tutor may use third-party AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, hosting, and infrastructure providers to operate the service.

These providers may process lesson content and technical data on our behalf.

Do not submit sensitive data

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information during language practice unless it is necessary for your lesson.

Avoid submitting:

• passport or government ID numbers;
• payment card details;
• passwords or secret keys;
• medical records;
• financial account details;
• private information about other people.

Content safety

Language Voice Tutor is designed for language practice.

Do not use the app to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, infringing, or deceptive content.

Reporting AI issues

If an AI response is inappropriate, harmful, or clearly wrong, contact support@languagevoicetutor.com.

Please include:

• your account email;
• approximate date and time;
• study language and topic;
• a short description of what happened;
• screenshot or copied text, if available.
